Roger Frankel, a Founding Partner of FrankelWyron LLP has practiced in the area of business reorganization and creditors' rights since 1972, with a strong emphasis on seeking to bring business and common sense solutions to complex legal matters. His national practice has been recognized by Chambers USA, Chambers Global, IFLR1000 Leading Lawyer and by Best Lawyers in America (all editions) among others. Mr. Frankel continues to be involved in asbestos-related matters, including W.R. Grace and Combustion Engineering. He also represents Native American Tribes in connection with the restructuring of debts, and related issues, connected with their casino operations. Mr. Frankel is a member of the Board of Directors of Pittsburgh Corning Corporation based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Rick Wyron, a Founding Partner of FrankelWyron LLP has represented creditors, fiduciaries, debtors, committees, equity holders, asset purchasers and other parties-in-interest in proceedings under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and in non-judicial workouts and restructurings. He has been lead counsel for clients in a wide range of cases, including representing a multi-state retailer in its successful reorganization proceedings, a national manufacturer in designing, implementing and confirming its pre-packaged Chapter 11 plan, the primary creditor in the bankruptcy proceedings of an international satellite operator, the principal creditor in the restructuring proceedings of an independent energy producer and the purchaser of the assets of a new technology aircraft manufacturing company in a Section 363 sale.
